"What To Bring To a Closing"

Below is a list of items or 

persons that must accom-

pany you prior to the      

closing.The list included, but is not limited to:

* All parties involved that need to sign documents

   must

   be present, including spouse or other family members

   that have an interest in this transaction.

* A Driver's License or other means of identification.

* Social Security number.

* Certified funds - A Cashier's check or cash if the

   balance

   to be paid at closing is $1,500.00 or more. Cashier's

   check is preferred.

* Proof of Fire Insurance coverage if a residential

   dwelling

   is involved.

* Anything required by your lender (contact your

   lender concerning these items).

At the closing there will be many papers to sign and your escrow officer will be able to give you an explanation of what you will be signing. Although each closing may vary, please plan on spending at least one hour for the entire process.
